Let me just say that we had an unforgettable time on our trip. All the trains were on time and the hotels were perfectly placed right next to the train station which made everything so much easier for first-time train travelers like my dad and I. The train was a great way to see the other parts of the country that are not normally seen when flying, so it made the trip so much better. I am so grateful for all that you did for my dad and I. The trip would not have been half as great as it was if we hadn't had your help. Thank you so much for making my dad's first travelling experience in Europe the best we could have had!

We have just returned from our holiday to Venice. In short, we had a wonderful time, and all the arrangements worked very well. The trains all ran pretty much to time, and we found them all comfortable. The hotel in Venice was particularly nice. The staff were friendly, and it was in a beautiful situation - away from the crowds, but within easy walking distance of all the sights. It was nice to walk about the area of the hotel, and see 'residential' Venice at work.
The hotels on the way there and back were fine, and we were blessed with beautiful weather for the morning we were at Montreux, so had a wonderful walk along the lakeside.
Thank you again - I'm sure we will be coming back to you for future holidays.

Having now returned from our 9 day break in Rome and Venice, we would like to thank you for all the arrangements you made on our behalf. The hotels were excellent, the transfers in Rome on time and with good drivers and cars. The Eurostar Italia transfer between Rome and Venice was on time, and the water taxi waiting for us on the Grand Canal, outside the railway station, made Maureen's day - he was so charming and attentive, the only thing he didn't do was sing! The water taxi on departure from the hotel in Venice was again on time and took us direct to the airport terminal and was fantastic.
The holiday, which was taken at rather short notice, was a complete success, even the weather was good!!
We will certainly use Planet Rail again.
